NizzleNate's issue came up when he chose him Logitech peripheral, mine straight up didn't start. Disconnect the keyboard from PC and keep it disconnected.Open Device Manager, go to "Keyboard" and/or "Mice and other pointing devices" and uninstall all Logitech devices you see there(right click, uninstall).Open search box(windows+R) and type %Appdata%.Though this second solution also can be used.
